The real root cause
What I’ve learned working with thousands of clients is the powerful connection of emotions to disease. Physical issues have many sources. But stress is by far the most pervasive. Stress contributes to 80% of chronic conditions.
Emotions are a major source of stress on the body. Emotions create a flood of neurotransmitters that trigger adrenaline, cortisol, and other natural chemicals that stress the body out. If left unchecked, this low-grade stress can manifest as physical illness.
What I’ve noticed over the years is that by working directly with emotions - we get to the root of stress...and some of the most finicky health concerns...SIBO, Candida, IBS, histamine overload, constipation, diarrhea, depression...get substantial relief by tackling this one area.
This is because the gut is extremely sensitive to emotions.
You have neurotransmitter receptors in your gut. That means your gut literally responds to stress.
You know what I mean. When you get really scared, sometimes it makes you have to quickly run to the bathroom. When you go into fight or flight mode, the blood leaves your digestive organs and digestion shuts down. What if you are living in a low-grade mode of fight or flight without even realizing it because you’ve tolerated it for so long?
Surprisingly, most people today are tolerating low-grade stress unknowingly.
Simple As it may sound , we are what we think and feel ( not just what we eat :))
All too often we miss the biggest factor that can change our health . How we think and what we feel . Thoughts create emotions . Emotions creating feelings and chemicals that can affect how are cells function and in turn create illness or wellness .
